Paid for 24 hr delivery. Posted item on Monday and it arrived on Thursday after 5pm!! Not great for a £20 service.

Parcelforce collected my parcel and then 'lost' it at their depot, it took 6 weeks of very frustrating effort to file my claim, there is no email address to chase, I had to tweet them to get it, I eventually got a fraction of it's value back from them, a terrible experience, they have nothing but contempt for their customers believing that as they are part of the 'Royal Mail' they have a God-given right to our business, deeply arrogant and offensive. Use at your own peril!

I couldn’t contact because of a label issue . I wanted driver to bring labels like always . The confirmation email said to print my own . Im housebound and my printer is broken . So I got stuck in a loop with the chat assistant . Because it would not let me explain the issue . My parcel collection is tomorrow so we shall see what occurs when the driver arrives . So 3 stars because no means to get customer service .PFW3856539

Very efficient once you are in the website. Creating an account was a bit of a palarver but got there in the end!

Collected at agreed time, very efficient and communication good.

They are slow the app doesn't work you can't even track the parcel. estimated delivery time is never right overall service is rubbish compared to all other big delivery companies. I have to deal with this company without choice

Paid for next day delivery and still sat here waiting 3 days later and no sign of delivery ?Dreadful, appallingly poor service..

My parcels often turn up in a hideous state and often my items are damaged. They have no complaints options when you call and are nervous when you inform them you are recording the call even though they record you. Totally lacking in professionalism I would not recommend using this company.

good price for shipping and nice web site - made the process easy to use

I booked my collection on a bank holiday for collection the following week. Despite entering my collection postcode several times it told me there was an error. So I joined the online chat, wellI waited for 20 mins for the operator to respond. I was in a queue of 1 then in a chat but no response. If parcel force want to be an online operator they need to have support available 24/7/365. Not happy.

Find it very easy to book parcels with great collection service

The parcel was sent Express 48 as usual, but took 6 days to arrive

Booked Express 24hr Friday morning, 12:20. Took parcel to local post office at 13:30, to be told1) Parcelforce collection already collected for day at around 11:00 or so every day. You have missed it.2) Take parcel away and come back again Monday morning as we have no room for it. 3) Searched for an alternative (Can I drop it at a major sorting office). Nothing. And no indication of pick up times. I think if you recommend a local post office you should say when ParcelForce collect and what the latest collection time is. And provide alternatives... Otherwise it is hardly 24hrs is it?
